Product Description
The PSA Oxygen Generator employs zeolite molecular sieves to separate oxygen (O2) from compressed air through cyclic pressure changes:
Adsorption Phase: Compressed air enters two adsorption towers. Under high pressure (0.6-0.8 MPa), molecular sieves adsorb nitrogen (N2) and impurities, allowing O2 to pass through as a concentrated stream (90-93%).
Regeneration Phase: When adsorption capacity is saturated, pressure is reduced to atmospheric levels, releasing trapped N2 and regenerating the sieve for reuse. PLC-controlled valves alternate between towers for continuous oxygen output.
Flexible Purity Range (90%-93%): Optimized for cost-effective oxygen supply in non-medical industrial scenarios, with customizable purity adjustments.
Scalable Capacity (60-200 Nm³/h): Modular design supports modular expansion to meet growing oxygen demands across industries.
Energy Efficiency: Consumes 30%-40% less power than traditional liquid oxygen systems, with noise levels under 65 dB.
Rapid Startup: Achieves 90% oxygen purity within 20-30 minutes after power-on.
