The M-420 Nitrogen Analysis Module stands as the market-leading solution for nitrogen concentration analysis, offering the highest level of integration and compact size available. Utilizing a zirconia oxygen sensor as its core measurement component, the module processes sensor signals through precise amplification, filtering, collection, and analysis via a high-performance circuit to determine the oxygen concentration in mixed gases. The nitrogen concentration is then derived from this oxygen data. The module provides both 4~20mA analog outputs and RS485 digital signals, enabling seamless communication with other devices.

 

Compact and delicate, it is the smallest nitrogen analysis product on the market, with a built-in sensor;

Adopts a zirconia oxygen sensor, with accurate measurement, fast response speed, and long service life;

The power supply voltage range is 18~24VDC, with internal protection measures such as over voltage protection, electrostatic protection, reverse connection protection, and over current protection;

Equipped with an advanced pressure compensation function, which can eliminate the influence of altitude changes on measurement accuracy;

The 4~20mA analog current output has excellent accuracy and stability, with a current output error of no more than 16μA;

An internal integrated RS485 communication module allows communication with computers, PLCs, and other devices.
