III. How does our liquid nitrogen machine work?
Technical principle
 

Our liquid nitrogen machine employs mature and reliable low-temperature cryogenic technology. The working process is as follows:

Air compression and purification: Ambient air is compressed by the compressor, and then passes through a precision filter to remove moisture, oil, and dust.

Air pre-cooling: Compressed air undergoes heat exchange with the produced low-temperature nitrogen in the heat exchanger, achieving initial cooling.

Deep freezing and distillation: The pre-cooled air enters the core component - the fractionation tower. Through rapid expansion for refrigeration, the air is liquefied, and the nitrogen and oxygen boiling point differences are utilized for distillation separation within the tower.

Liquid nitrogen collection: High-purity nitrogen gas is liquefied and output at -196ºC in liquid form, which can be directly filled into liquid nitrogen tanks or transported to the usage point.
