Product Description
Nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR) spectroscopy provides qualitative structural information about the type, number, existing form, connection mode and relative orientation of atoms in molecules through the spectra of different nuclei, chemical shift values, peak multiplicity, coupling constant values, peak relative strength and correlation peaks in various two-dimensional and multi-dimensional spectra.
The quantitative analysis of NMR is based on the structure analysis. The relationship between the number of protons of specific groups and the peak area of corresponding peaks is used for quantitative determination. Nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR) spectroscopy is mainly used to determine the structures of small molecules of organic compounds and biomacromolecules in solution. It is widely used in chemistry, biology, physics, materials, pharmacy and medicine
The superconducting magnet is immersed in liquid helium, and the outer layer of liquid helium is liquid nitrogen. The function of liquid helium is to maintain the superconductivity of the magnet to provide the required magnetic field environment. The purpose of liquid nitrogen is to add a "insulating layer" between the liquid helium and the external environment to reduce the volatilization of liquid helium.
