Cryogenic mixed working medium throttling refrigerator is based on the regenerative type of multiple mixed working medium throttling refrigeration cycle. From the ambient temperature to the target refrigeration temperature, the highest, middle and low boiling point pure components constitute multiple mixed working medium, and realize the relay matching of the effective cooling temperature zone of each boiling point element. It is a kind of refrigerator that can be used to realize the temperature zone of -40ºC~-196ºC. The principle of liquid nitrogen machine equipment is based on the principle of pressure swing adsorption, using high-quality carbon molecular sieve as adsorbent, under a certain pressure, nitrogen from the air. After purifying and drying compressed air, the adsorption and desorption are carried out under pressure and pressure in the adsorber. Due to the kinetic effect, the diffusion rate of oxygen in the micropores of carbon molecular sieve is much higher than that of nitrogen. When the adsorption is not in equilibrium, nitrogen is enriched in the gas phase to form the finished nitrogen. Then the pressure is reduced to normal pressure, and the adsorbent desorbs the adsorbed oxygen and other impurities to achieve regeneration.
