The working principle of
The principle of deep freezing method is based on the different boiling points of each component of a gas mixture, which is separated by partial condensation or liquefaction distillation process at low temperature. In the deep freezing method, chemical method, electrolysis method, adsorption method, membrane osmosis method and other oxygen and nitrogen production methods, the deep freezing method is the most economical, the best adaptability, the most widely used.
Technical principle of liquid nitrogen machine
The liquid nitrogen machine is a cryogenic mixed working medium throttling refrigerator driven by a single compressor with precooling to achieve nitrogen liquefaction (-180ºC). Cryogenic mixed working medium throttling refrigerator is based on the regenerative type of multiple mixed working medium throttling refrigeration cycle. From the ambient temperature to the target refrigeration temperature, the highest, middle and low boiling point pure components constitute multiple mixed working medium, and realize the relay matching of the effective cooling temperature zone of each boiling point element. It is a kind of refrigerator that can be used to realize the temperature zone of -40ºC~-196ºC. The principle of liquid nitrogen machine equipment is based on the principle of pressure swing adsorption, using high-quality carbon molecular sieve as adsorbent, under a certain pressure, nitrogen from the air. After purifying and drying compressed air, the adsorption and desorption are carried out under pressure and pressure in the adsorber. Due to the kinetic effect, the diffusion rate of oxygen in the micropores of carbon molecular sieve is much higher than that of nitrogen. When the adsorption is not in equilibrium, nitrogen is enriched in the gas phase to form the finished nitrogen. Then the pressure is reduced to normal pressure, and the adsorbent desorbs the adsorbed oxygen and other impurities to achieve regeneration. Generally set up two adsorption tower in the system, one tower adsorption nitrogen production, the other tower desorption regeneration, through PLC program automatic control, so that the two tower alternating cycle work, oxygen and nitrogen adsorption separation, so as to get qualified nitrogen.

Liquid nitrogen infusion is widely used in beverage, edible oil and pharmaceutical production.
Liquid nitrogen infusion can be divided into completely sterile infusion and conventional infusion. Aseptic infusion of liquid nitrogen through the heat exchanger to cool sterile nitrogen, so as to achieve aseptic infusion. Conventional infusions are made of sterile nitrogen directly liquefied into liquid nitrogen, which is then injected into drinks or cooking oils.
