Product Description

Our small nitrogen generators operate on the principle of Pressure Swing Adsorption (PSA), a cutting-edge gas separation technique. High-quality carbon molecular sieves are used as adsorbents. When compressed air, which has been purified and dried, enters the adsorption tower under pressure, the carbon molecular sieves selectively adsorb oxygen, carbon dioxide, water, and other impurities. Through a PLC-controlled system, two adsorption towers work alternately - one for adsorption to produce nitrogen, while the other undergoes desorption to regenerate the adsorbent. This seamless process ensures a continuous and stable supply of high-purity nitrogen.
