The working principle of Liquid Nitrogen Generator
The LDH nitrogen generator is a device that can liquefy nitrogen in the air into liquid nitrogen through a deep refrigeration process. Nitrogen sources usually use pressure swing adsorption ( PSA ) or membrane separation techniques to separate nitrogen from other components such as oxygen in the air to obtain high-purity nitrogen. The liquefier uses a mixed wage refrigerator or a pulse tube refrigerator to cool the nitrogen to about − 196 ° C to achieve liquefaction.
Pressure swing adsorption ( PSA ) is an advanced gas separation technology, which has an irreplaceable position in the field of gas supply in the world today. Generally, PSA nitrogen production selects high-quality imported carbon molecular sieve ( CMS ) as an adsorbent, which adsorbs oxygen, carbon dioxide, water, etc.in the air, while nitrogen is not easily adsorbed.
Principle of nitrogen liquefier
The nitrogen liquefier includes a compression unit and a cold box unit. The compression unit includes two single-stage oil-lubricated compressors and supporting oil separators and condensers ( air-cooled or water-cooled ). The cold box unit is mainly composed of pre-cooling heat exchanger, separator and main cooling heat exchanger. The function of the separator is to separate the high boiling point working fluid and prevent the working fluid such as lubricating oil from entering the pipeline of the low temperature heat exchanger to block the pipeline. Nitrogen is changed into supercooled liquid through the main cold heat exchanger. After throttling through the liquid nitrogen throttle valve, the normal pressure liquid nitrogen enters the dewar and is stored, and the flash vapor ( BOG ) is dispersed into the environment.
aseptic filtration
Compressed air through the screw air compressor, after cold dry suction dry filtration, into the PSA nitrogen machine, through the sterilization filter to generate dew point-60 °C sterile nitrogen.
Carbon molecular sieve adsorption
Using carbon molecular sieve as adsorbent, using the difference of adsorption amount of oxygen and nitrogen molecules in compressed air in molecular sieve, the gas separation equipment of product nitrogen is directly prepared from compressed air by the principle of pressurized adsorption and depressurization desorption.
high efficient and energy-saving
Fast and stable on-site product nitrogen production, the shortest in 10 ~ 20 minutes to produce qualified nitrogen. The use of more efficient and stable molecular sieves and the use of unique PSA energy-saving technology have lower energy consumption.
