Suggestions for Maintenance

(1) The air compressor should be regularly maintained, regularly checked and replaced with the oil, filter and filter element of the air compressor. If it is not changed for a long time, the pressure will rise, blockage and other problems.

(2) The dryer should check the pressure of refrigerant regularly to make it timely. Radiators should be cleaned daily with compressed air. The filter element should be replaced regularly. The normal temperature is 8000H. This depends on specific conditions and pressure differential.

(3) Open the drain port of the air storage tank once a week to discharge condensed water in the air.

(4) Check the automatic drainer every day to avoid blockage and drainage. If there is blockage, the manual valve can be opened gently, close the self-discharge valve, and then remove the automatic drain for disassembly and cleaning. When cleaning the automatic drain, wash it with soap.

(5) Oxygen generator mainly check the working pressure of the adsorption tower, and record the purity and flow rate.
