Designed for precision, reliability, and seamless integration, our solutions are engineered to meet the demanding requirements of modern industries, particularly in nitrogen and liquid nitrogen generation.
Our analyzers are built on the principle of measuring the residual oxygen concentration in a gas stream and accurately calculating the nitrogen purity. This method, powered by advanced sensor technology, ensures you have real-time, accurate data to control your processes, guarantee product quality, and optimize operational efficiency. Whether you need a compact module for OEM integration or a robust online analyzer for continuous monitoring, LDH has a solution tailored to your needs.

Our nitrogen analyzers are engineered with features that deliver tangible benefits in industrial settings. We focus on three core pillars: precision, robustness, and ease of use.
At LDH Company, our relationship with you extends beyond the sale. We are committed to ensuring you get the maximum value and performance from our instruments throughout their lifecycle. Our professional services include:
Q1: How do your analyzers measure nitrogen concentration?
Our analyzers do not measure nitrogen directly. They use a highly accurate oxygen sensor (Zirconia or Ion-Flow) to measure the residual oxygen concentration in the gas sample. The instrument's microprocessor then calculates the nitrogen concentration using the formula: N2% = 100% - O2%. This is a standard and reliable method for high-purity nitrogen analysis.
Q2: What is the typical lifespan of the sensor?
The Zirconia and Ion-Flow sensors used in our analyzers are known for their long operational life, typically lasting for several years under normal operating conditions. The lifespan can be affected by the sample gas quality (e.g., presence of contaminants or moisture).
Q3: Is calibration difficult? How often is it needed?
Calibration is straightforward, and detailed instructions are provided in the user manual. We recommend a calibration cycle of once per year to ensure continued high accuracy. However, the frequency may depend on the criticality of your application and internal quality control procedures.
Q4: Can the analyzer be used for gases other than Nitrogen/Oxygen mixtures?
These analyzers are specifically designed and calibrated for measuring nitrogen purity in a nitrogen/oxygen gas mixture, which is typical for air-separation processes like nitrogen generators. They are not suitable for gas mixtures containing other components (e.g., combustible or corrosive gases) unless specified.
Q5: What accessories are recommended for a typical installation with a nitrogen generator?
For most installations, we recommend using a sample gas conditioning system. This typically includes a filter to remove particulates and a flow meter (like our optional 0.2-2L/min rotameter) to ensure the sample gas flow rate is within the specified range (0.4-0.6 L/min). This protects the sensor and ensures accurate measurements.
