Working principle
The small skid-mounted nitrogen liquefaction unit is mainly composed of a pressure swing adsorption oxygen production unit and a nitrogen liquefaction unit. The nitrogen liquefaction unit consists of a mixed refrigerant throttling refrigeration stage and a carrier refrigeration cycle stage. Among them, the refrigeration cycle stage transfers cold energy between the mixed refrigerant throttling refrigeration stage and the nitrogen flow path.
After the raw material air is compressed by the air compressor, it enters the high-pressure air tank, and then enters the adsorption tower of the pressure swing adsorption oxygen generator after removing impurities by the filter. After nitrogen and oxygen separation, the pure nitrogen enters the high-pressure nitrogen tank (90~93%), and then enters It is liquefied in the refrigerated circulating nitrogen liquefier, and the liquid nitrogen is throttled to normal pressure and then stored in the Dewar tank.
