PSA (Pressure Swing Adsorption) is an advanced gas separation technology, based on the physical adsorption of the internal surface in the adsorbent to gas molecules, separating the gas by the characteristics of absorbing to the quantity of different gas in general pressure. The CMS (Carbon Molecular Sieve) is a sorbent picked up from the air, used in separating Oxygen and Nitrogen molecular. The absorption quantity of CMS is greatly higher for Oxygen than Nitrogen under the same pressure.

FAQ
Difference between VPSA and PSA Oxygen Generators
- PSA Oxygen Generator: Ideal for applications requiring an oxygen output of up to 300 cubic meters. It features simplicity, convenience, and mobility.
- VPSA Oxygen Generator: Suitable for applications with an oxygen demand exceeding 300 cubic meters. Notably, the larger the gas volume, the lower the energy consumption.

-
- Difference between Fish Pond Aerator and Fish Pond Oxygen Generator
- Aerator: Equipped with an integrated air pump, it mixes approximately 20% of the oxygen in the ambient air into the water.
- Oxygen Generator: It produces oxygen with a purity of 90% and then dissolves it into the water. Merchants should select between an aerator and an oxygen generator, taking into account factors such as fry type, desired oxygen production rate, production cycle requirements, and the overall size of the fish pond.
-
-
- Purity of PSA Oxygen Generator
- General PSA Oxygen Generators: Typically achieve an oxygen purity of 90% - 93%.
- Our Company's PSA Oxygen Generators: Capable of reaching purities of 95%, 98%, and even up to 99+%.

The daily maintenance of the oxygen generator is straightforward and includes the following tasks:
(1) Regularly maintain the air compressor as per the manufacturer's instructions. Replace the air filter, lubricating oil, and other components at specified intervals.
(2) Periodically check the refrigerant pressure of the dryer and ensure timely adjustment. Clean the heat sink with compressed air daily, and replace the filter element regularly (usually after 8000 hours of operation, but the actual replacement time may vary depending on specific usage conditions and pressure differences).
(3) Open the drain valve of the air storage tank once a day to discharge condensed water.
(4) Inspect the automatic drainer daily to prevent blockage and ensure proper drainage. In case of blockage, slightly open the manual valve, close the self - discharge valve, and then remove the automatic drainer for disassembly and cleaning. Use soap for cleaning the automatic drainer.
(5) Monitor the working pressure of the adsorption tower of the oxygen generator, and record the oxygen purity and flow rate regularly.
