The compressed air passes through the oil-free air compressor, after cold dry absorption and filtration, enters the PSA nitrogen maker, passes through the sterilizing filter, and generates sterile nitrogen with dew point of -60ºC. The principle of liquid nitrogen machine equipment is based on the principle of pressure swing adsorption, using high-quality carbon molecular sieve as adsorbent, under a certain pressure, nitrogen from the air. After purifying and drying compressed air, the adsorption and desorption are carried out under pressure and pressure in the adsorber. Due to the kinetic effect, the diffusion rate of oxygen in the micropores of carbon molecular sieve is much higher than that of nitrogen. When the adsorption is not in equilibrium, nitrogen is enriched in the gas phase to form the finished nitrogen.
